The Distribution Tessendier adventure began in June 2019, with the grouping of several producers ready to unite their know-how to promote and showcase their products on the French market. Shared values and a shared philosophy: highlighting our distilleries and our local, handcrafted know-how. DISTRIBUTION TESSENDIER is also a dynamic team of nearly 20 people, from the sales department to the order preparation and dispatch department, not forgetting the marketing and accounting departments. All of whom are dedicated to highlighting our products and providing quality service to our customers in the OFF/ON premise french market. A constantly evolving portfolio of unique and exclusive products, on the lookout for new trends and outstanding brands to best meet market demand and customer needs.

Today, 136 trees have already been planted in the Berry region. 100% French, authentic and trendy, Le Whisky des Français aims to be accessible both in terms of taste and price.

Maxime, the founding “Canaille”, is passionate about flavored rums (“rhums arrangés”). In 2018, he launched his own production in his workshop in Marseille. His recipes are the result of his own experiences and experiments, which today give Les Canailles flavored rums their personality.

Jean Cavé
The history of the House of Jean Cavé began in 1883, when Mr Jean Cavé, a wine grower in Lannepax, set up as a distiller and breeder surrounded by his wife and two sons. Located in the the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house will see four generations succeed each other who will excel in the distillation, maturing and ageing of Armagnac of Armagnac brandies. Preserved in old oak barrels they have been subjected to the work of time to obtain the fullness of their aromas.

Almost a century later, Aurélien Carrelas is reviving this Occitan product, determined to breathe new life into it. Kina Karo's aim is to promote and share the vision of the Occitan world, its values, its culture and its gastronomy.

A great lover and enthusiast of spirits, Alex founded SAFA DISTRIBUTION and created several ranges of spirits. In 2014, he first launched the creation of a 100% French artisanal vodka to seduce premium vodka lovers.

Originally from the Berry region and proud of it, Alex joined forces with Nicolas to promote the products of their region. That's when they came up with the rather crazy idea of making liqueurs from goat's and cow's milk. Supported by local actors, La Capricieuse was born in 2016. An innovative, gourmet and subtle liqueur, less sweet and far from the market standards.

Distilled in Jarnac on the banks of the Charente, then aged and blended in one of the Tessendier family's 14 cellars, the GRAND BREUIL range combines modern style and traditional know-how by offering a pear liqueur with cognac.

The different flavored vodkas from Moe are inspired by artisanal vodka recipes using medicinal plants from Mr. Kurberg. The flavors are unique, very natural and the ingredients from local farms, often organic. All the aromas of the plants are extracted in the distillery, to control the quality and origin of plants and keep the ingredients 100% natural.

Romuald, an architect by training, discovered the world of spirits when he wanted to pay tribute to his grandfather, who was also a spirits enthusiast. This is when he had the idea in December 2019 to create a 100% French, alcohol-free and above all qualitative spirit. DJIN was born from an observation made by Romuald: a number of people who cannot or do not want to drink alcohol is constantly increasing and there are few offers on the market in terms of alcohol-free spirits. DJIN responds to this growing demand with a quality product offering a real alternative to spirits.

As part of an environmentally-friendly approach, Distillerie Tessendier is launching its VRAC France concept in 2021, offering a range of spirits that currently includes Cognac, Rum, Gin, Whisky, Vodka and Liqueurs. Our aim is to apply our expertise as distillers and creators of spirits, our core business since 1880, to the VRAC concept. In this new mission, we are striving to achieve the best balance between service, quality and price.
